PureTalk is engineered on a foundation of strict data minimization and ephemerality. We believe that what you say online should remain private and leave no permanent footprint.

This policy outlines how your data is routed statelessly across our edge servers, why we do not maintain logs, and how we protect your digital sovereignty.

1. Zero-Log Architecture

We do not write, collect, or store any message histories, images, or metadata to persistent, long-term disk databases. All chat messages are routed strictly in volatile memory (RAM) on Cloudflare Workers. Once a message is delivered to the recipient or when a session is closed, it is permanently wiped. No records remain on our systems.

2. No Personal Identifiers

To use the PureTalk Telegram bot or web platform, you do not need to register with:

A phone number
An email address
First and last names
Social media accounts

Your account is identified by a randomized, high-entropy unique alias (e.g., u_a1b2c3d4).

3. Localized AI Geocoding

When you choose to verify your country in your profile, we process your input through secure, localized AI models on Cloudflare’s serverless edge. This translates your input into standard coordinates (e.g., Country Code DE) without routing your IP address or query to third-party tracking APIs.

4. Third-Party Trackers

We operate completely free of:

Google Analytics
Meta/Facebook pixels
Advertising cookies
External tracking scripts

We do not monetize, sell, or rent user analytics because we do not collect them in the first place.

5. Age Safety Gates

PureTalk restricts certain interactive features based on the age you specify during onboarding. Users under 18 are strictly restricted to the SFW (Clean Chat) Network and cannot access NSFW lounges or mature gambling mini-games.
